Around the year 2000, LEGO® started to figure out that their building blocks weren't just toys for kids. Many adults that grew up playing with LEGO® still loved them. So the company started to design and market sets specifically for adults, designating them as 18+. A lot of these sets were huge and had thousands of parts.
